Here’s the recipe for Annie’s Vanilla Cookies & Buttercream Cake because we’re so obsessed!

Ingredients:

- Your favorite yellow cake recipe
- 1.5 defrosted containers of FROST Buttercream
- Vanilla sandwich cookies

Steps for filling:

- Crush up cookies into crumbs
- Using a mixer, whip half of a container of room temperature FROST Buttercream on high until smooth & creamy (initial separation is normal, just keep whipping)
- Reduce mixer to low speed and mix cookie crumbs into FROST Buttercream until combined
- Spread evenly over middle layer of cake

Steps for outside:
- Whip the second container of FROST Buttercream until smooth and creamy
- FROST the cake!! Feel free to get creative and pipe around the edges as well🍰🎂
- Decorate with leftover cookies and crumbs
