3 Simple Steps:
DEFROST, WHIP, FROST!
DEFROST
to room temperature. Leave out on counter before you start baking. If still cold, microwave for 10 seconds MAX, as to not melt the butter.
WHIP
in hand mixer / stand mixer:
- 3-5 mins from room temp.
- 5-10 mins from fridge.
If at first frosting appears wet, the butter is still too cold. Keep whipping until fluffy & smooth.
FROST!
on cooled treats! Or eat by the spoon:)
Great on cakes, cupcakes, cookies, meringues, fruit, pretzels, and more!
ENJOY!
After frosting your treats, we recommend putting them in the fridge to set / firm up.
If you prefer FROST Buttercream at room temp., simply take out your treats before you are ready to serve.
STORAGE: Please keep frosted treats in the fridge for storage.
