Chocolate Chip Frost-wiches

This Chocolate Chip Cookie FROST-wich may be one of the best sandwiches you'll ever taste! 

For the cookies, we love Broma Bakery's "BEST Chocolate Chip Cookie" recipe (found here). It's truly the best cookie! It's chewy, chocolatey, soft, salty-sweet, and pairs wonderfully with our vanilla Italian meringue bakery frosting! 

For the frosting / middle:

What You'll Need:

• 1 tub of FROST Buttercream Vanilla Bakery Frosting
• Optional: Dye-free sprinkles or mini chocolate chips

Steps:

• Bake your favorite cookie recipe (we love Broma Bakery's recipe above).
• Let cool.
• Scoop FROST Buttercream directly from the tub on one cookie and sandwich with another.
• Optional: Roll the middle of the cookie sandwich in a bowl of sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for a fun added decorative-look!
• Place your cookie sandwiches in the fridge to firm up & set!
