Pumpkin Roll recipe is one of our favorite fall cake recipes that pairs perfectly with FROST Buttercream Vanilla frosting. Simply follow the recipe below from Sally's Baking Recipes, and substitute FROST Buttercream for the homemade frosting.

While making the pumpkin cake base, let FROST Buttercream defrost on the counter until room temperature. IF needed, pop the frosting in the microwave for 5-10 seconds MAX.
Next, whip FROST Buttercream in mixer until smooth and fluffy (3-5 mins from room temperature & 10+ mins from the fridge). If at first FROST Buttercream appears separated / wet, just keep mixing. This is because the butter is still cold and needs to emulsify.
Finally, spread FROST Buttercream on the flat pumpkin cake and roll it up gently.
Pop in the fridge to firm up & ENJOY!
